Whether you are buying equipment from Inrego or new equipment from another supplier, we can help you to prepare it for use. “Turnkey” computers directly connected at the workplace when they are delivered saves time and money.

To simplify the work on site, we offer a range of services in connection with the delivery of new equipment. We call this preparation which provides additional benefits if made in connection with the return of your old equipment to ensure optimal and cost effective logistics.

Registration of equipment

We carry out electronic registration and documentation of serial numbers, anti-theft numbers and inventory numbers of the equipment we prepare.

Warehousing 

In order to customise deliveries to match the rate of installation, we offer fully insured warehousing and inventory management for an unlimited time in our logistics facility that operates under protection class 3.

Unpacking and transport
We ensure that the equipment is brought to you unpacked and immediately ready for installation. We recycle all packaging belonging to the equipment in an environmentally sound manner. Keyboards, manuals or other materials provided are recycled or distributed according to your preferences. We guarantee damage-free transport and protection against theft through our developed packing routines and custom-built shipping containers.

Configuration 

We offer a range of configuration services such as image creation, updates and loading, BIOS upgrades as well as programming of MAC addresses. All for the reason of making the installation of the equipment in your environment as simple and easy as possible.

Personification 

For units intended for specific users we can offer personification services. We connect the serial number and any inventory number to the user and coordinate dispatch and documentation.

Theft protection and asset tagging

We mark the units with anti-theft numbers on request in accordance with your procedures. We have the know-how of how this done to ensure a higher end value of your equipment.
