Everything we do at Inrego must generate value to our customers in some way. This is why we work continuously on eliminating all forms of waste in the process. The customer is key to any deal and we are therefore flexible enough to ensure you enjoy the best possible experience. Product quality
As a buyer from us you get a needs-optimised, high quality product both in terms of performance and quality. We only sell brand computers from major manufacturers. Our products are known as "business computers” with high standards for performance and quality. A computer from Inrego allows you to do everything you're used to on a computer; surfing, word processing, listening to music, image and video editing. The exception may be the latest graphics-intensive games and CAD applications. Buying a computer from Inrego should feel like buying a new one. You get a one year warranty as standard which can be extended with additional insurance.
Customer satisfaction
In 2009/2010 Inrego had 93-95 % rating for satisfied customers, both sellers and buyers. After the completion of each deal, you are asked about how satisfied you were.
